International Federation of Landscape Architects (IFLA)

James Hayter is the Director of Oxigen Landscape Architects, Architects, Urban and Industrial Designers, and Professor in the School of Architecture and Built Environment, The University of Adelaide. His focus is on improving the health and productivity of our cities and he has led Oxigen on many notable projects, including Lot Fourteen, the home of the Australian Space Agency, the redevelopment of Tonsley, the former Mitsubishi factory in Australia, the new Flinders University Hub, Central Parklands, a 114Ha park in the centre of Canberra on Lake Burley Griffin, Kingston Foreshore Urban Development, and Lochiel Park Green Village. 

 

James is the current President of the International Federation of Landscape Architects (IFLA), representing 74 national associations globally.
